hello.. how's everyone's revision coming along. haha.. take a break from all the revision and try to solve this puzzle. work ur brain cells. it's quite easy actually =)

Three men are blindfolded in a mirrorless room. Each is told that he may or may not be given a mark on his forehead, and is instructed that when the blindfolds are removed, each is to raise his hand if he sees one or more marked foreheads. If he can rationally conclude whether his own forehead is marked, he can then lower his hand. Unknown to the participants, all foreheads are actually marked. The blindfolds are removed, and all hands are instantly raised. Shortly after, one of the men shortly lowers his hand. How did he conclude that he is marked?
